Coverage of the third and final day of the 2010 21st Century Automotive Challenge, at State College, PA. Competing this year were 7 electric vehicle conversions, Tesla Roadster, Mini Cooper Electric, 2 bio-diesels and 2 hybrid conversions.

Most of the day was spent at the LTI Test Track. Coverage of day three includes; the range event, some commentary on the Tesla Roadster and some parting words from the president of the Eastern Electric Vehicle Club.
